All data is received via Gmail and by telephone and is only transferred to booking/job forms which are used purely for quoting purposes and for the move. This data is then stored and filed in our office and manually input onto our invoice software (Xero) in order to send you invoice for payment.

 

At present we do not accept debit / credit cards as payment is made via bank transfer or cash as per your quote agreed via telephone or by e-mail.

 

If you purchase packaging materials on the He-Van, Movers of the Universe website you are purchasing these items directly with ‘the-moving-home-warehouse.com’ and this page is managed solely by ‘the-moving-home-warehouse.com’. The whole process is completed and securely finalised outside the He-Van realm and therefore He-Van does not collect or store any financial or personal data in this regard.
